Subreport in wrong position

Hi,
I have a report with 12 small subreports inside.
I have 2 questions:
1- One of these subreports doesn't appear in the right place. It appears between 2 records of the previous subreport, in a small space in the bottom (detail band) of the page.
2- Sometimes the page break is not correct. There is enough space at the bottom of the detail band, but it skips to the next page to prints the remaining records. Why?
Any suggestion?
