JRDataSource for a subreport

I have a main report which implements JRDataSource and have a sub report and would ideally like to have a separate JRDataSoource implementation.

I have noticed that for the fields in sub report JSAPER calls mail report JRDataSource implemented class for data of sub rport.

can anyone help?
