We have been experiencing performance problems with the generation of reports. The following timings were obtained: Time Pages----- ------ 7m 33s --- 116p3m 19s --- 85p1m 19s --- 50p Is this normal for these amount of pages?? Is there a way to speed up report generation. teodord Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 Hi, How much memory do you allow the JVM to use?It might be that if not enough memory is available, a lot of time is spent garbage collecting things to free up memory.
