I have the ip of my db but I don´t have the server. I need to connect my report to that db so I can run it. Can someone help me with this?
The USER_ID, SITE_ID and SITE_NAME should come from that DB.

If you have build a report using studio you need to have data adapter to run report. Please refer below guide to create data adpter connection:

If you are on Jasperserver you need to create data source connection where you can pass host,port and table name where those fields are present. Refer chapter 4 from below guide:
