Error: Failed to preview Template, poi, none, any

Hello,

I just downloaded Tibco Jaspersoft Studio Comunitty edtion 6.20.0 and created a template that I am trying to upload into Sierra 5.5.0_9.

I tried to import a template that I created and it gave the message above. I can import templates that were previously created but once I open the template and save it, I am no longer able to import it back into Sierra.

I also have exported the templates out of Sierra, opened them in Jaspersoft, made no changes, saved them and tried to import them back. I get the above message.

Does anyone know what might be the issue? I have looked through all the documentation I can not find any thing that helps with this issue.
