Chart customizers generates corrupted PDFs

Hello everyone!

I have a  XY Line chart on my report and I need to add the chart customizers Range Interval Marker, Range Value Marker and Value Axis Range and Tick to mark the upper and lower limits and average of the trend, as well as adjust the Y axis ranges. When I go to Preview I can see the chart and all the chart customizers, but when I try to upload the chart to LabVantage it won´t work because it generates a corrupted PDF. 

I'm sure the problem it's with the chart customizers because when I run it without them, it works. Does anyone know how can I fix this?
