No page break on report generation on production server

Hello,

I created a report using json input with a detail band including nested lists. When generating the report in jasper studio as a preview the list is generated with page breaks. When I generate the same report with the same input on Jasperserver the page breaks are skipped and the generated report PDF only includes one long page.
The same thing happens when the generated report is "too small" then the footer is not at the end of the page. Instead it is directly at the end of the detail band. So here the generated page size is too small.

I am out of ideas what could cause this. Attached is the report including sample data and screenshots of the problem.
Any ideas?
