adding multiple colors in a single Category axis

I am working on a report where I have the following condition

- if the percentage is < 60 % show the axis as red color

- if the percentage is >= 60 % & <=85 show the axis as orange color

- if the percentage is > 85 % show the axis as green color

is it possible to show multiple colors on a single line or change the color of the dot highlighted?

If it is possible using custom code, please do let me know.
