How to resolve repetitive group header

Hi,

I'm new in Jaspersoft reports. Please any body can help me with my problem I'll be so obliged. I've an issue in group field .I make an group with Directors. My required output is

Director Favor Percentage
Executive 10 50%
Linda 15 60%
Rigan 20 45%

But the table create a repetitive data header for each data like the below one that is not required.

Director Favor Percentage
Executive 10 50%
Director Favor Percentage
Linda 15 60%
Director Favor Percentage
Rigan 20 45%

It looks like you have placed your static text in the group band of your report. You can add a column  header or page header and place your static text (Director, Favor, Percentage) in one of those bands.

Dear luke thanks for the ans but I have to take the fields in group header for fulfill the other requirements can you please told me how can I stop repetition of the header within the group band? looking forward from you

If your requirement now is that the column headers need to be in the repeating group due to other requirements then that suggests that you have another group before this one or that your group header has other data elements.  If that is the case then you can move the column headers to the bottom of the previous groups' header.  That way it won't repeat.
