Hi, I'm using JasperReports.IO on AWS and am encountering a strange problem.
I created an HTML5 pie chart and it renders PDF fine. However when I ask for the report in HTML I get no response and the page request just times out.
I've looked in our log file in cloudwatch and I see no errors at all.
Can someone help please.
