Web service in jasper

Good night,

I am building a report in Jasper on the version 6.8.0 that is fetching data from a web service. I'm trying to create a page header that will fetch data from another webservice. This is the url i'm using to build the page header :   http://135.181.38.185:8091/institution?id=1
What i need to do to pass the fields of this webservice to my report ??
Create a subreport conected to the ip of that machine and its url ?? Which parameters and where i need to create ???  This service is returning me the image as text and i already tried to change the class of the field, but it doesn't work. Did I need to make  changes inside the field expression ?
