Fullfil physical form report

Hi, im having troubles to fill a physical paper form composed by 3 reports. I would like to know if there is a way to set a scan as background or something.

also having troubles with the report, if i set it as 270px height it has a blank space on the bottom and if i set 280px the 3º goes to the next page. i have 0px margins, any idea? thx

Ok, it seems that the report has a property called background, when removed, the 3 reports fills the page correctly.

And for the background i simply used a image and placed it on top of the other components(hierarchycaly speaking) so it remains as a background.
