Long text field being truncated when using rest Api.

Hey guys.

I'm facing a strange problem of understanding the reason in my environment.

I have a report that has several fields in its structure. I noticed, that when using the Rest endpoint ( jasperserver/rest_v2/reports/ ) there are some fields that are being truncated and when viewing the generated pdf, I see incomplete information.

I also noticed that when executing the same report through the jasperserver administration console, the problem does not occur.

this is a text field.

I'm using the version:

Product Version: 7.8.0

Build: 20200807_1412

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
