could not downlord repository for maven packaging jrs-rest-java-client-6.3.0.jar

when I "maven package" the resource of jrs-rest-java-client-6.3.0, error " Failed to transfer file http://jaspersoft.artifactoryonline.com/jaspersoft/jrs-ce-releases/com/jaspersoft/jasperserver/jasperserver-dto/6.3.0/jasperserver-dto-6.3.0.pom with status code 502" occurred, which probably means jasper repository is not available. 

How can I handle with the error? Which available repository could resolve it?
