There are downloadable PDF versions available in IRS website which can be filled in and saved. But my application is designed to work with JRXML templates and I don't find them in IRS website. Is there a place to download IRS Forms like W-9 or W8-BEN as jasper jrxml templates? If there isn't I have to develop them from scratch but it would take time. Any help is appreciated.
