Hope someone can guide me into right direction.
We have installed a Jaspersoft Reporting server on a Ubuntu 20.04. LTS hat should connect to a PostgreSQL HAProxy that then connects to one of two identical databases. I can connect directly to both databases from the Jasperserver webinterface and I also can connect to the HAproxy from the command line of the server. But I cannot connect to the HAproxy from the webinterface, it only shows a error message as follows:
There was an error on the server. Try again or contact site administrators. (Error UID: d552117d-36da-4eec-9954-6ab9077e254e)
The logfile of the server not really show more, there is only:
ERROR SecureExceptionHandlerImpl,http-nio-80-exec-5:116 - There was an error on the server. Try again or contact site administrators. (Error UID: d552117d-36da-4eec-9954-6ab9077e254e)
Is there any option to connect to the HAproxy from the Jasperserver webinterface?
