Unable to connect over MySql Database which is placed on Azure server through Jasper Server

I am unable to connect over MySql Database which is placed on Azure server through Jasper Server.

My database has been placed on Azure, I need to connect that MySQL database through Jasper Server. Same credentials I tried to connect through Mysql workbench then it is successfully connected.

I tried to connect with my local MySQL database then it is successfully connected to Jaser Server but did not connect through Azure server DB.

I tried multiple solutions using Google but was unable to connect DB. Below are some links for references -

If you search the Serverlog for the UID of the error message, do you see any error messages printed nearby?
If you can find it, it may help you solve the problem.

Yes I saw the logs inside jasperserver.log it show only below lines -

2021-08-18T20:15:25,511 ERROR SecureExceptionHandlerImpl,http-nio-8080-exec-1:116 - There was an error on the server. Try again or contact site administrators. (Error UID: df92da0e-a70c-4fb0-bb94-a067a7a42aa1)

Sometimes you can get a clue from the 'Caused by: ...' part right after or a little below that message.
However, this information may not be useful as it may not always be output.
