jasperreport 6.10 crosstab overflow and overlap another crosstab beneath it

there are many crosstabs inside summary band, when one crosstab content is overflow, it will overlap the content of crosstab under it, as in the figure red highlighted. The Rank crosstab overlap with the Year of Service crosstab.

1. Any method to make the crosstab shift download if the upper crosstab content overflow?
2. each crosstab is inside a frame, how to make the frame (and its border) expands when its enclosing crosstab overflow?

You may be able to solve this problem by setting the 'Position Type' property of the second frame to 'Float'.
