jasperver failed to retrieve csrf token

Hello everyone,

i have configured cors filter in  the web.xml file .  the probleme is i'm getting the error : failed to retrieve csrf token. i'm suspecting that the cors  is the reason so i commeneted the configuration and the error disappeared.  i want to what are that the cors is blocking and what is causing the error

I receive this CSRF error when drilling down from one report to another, the one way i have been able to troubleshoot it to avoid it is by performing the drilldown on a browser on the actual server jaspersoft is installed on.
