How to remove the empty space between components

Hi!

The whole structure of the report looks like this:

at the very top there is a place for an image that is optional, then there are several text fields which, if empty, are deleted. For this purpose, they are located in the frame and it's all in the title section

So far when something was missing all the rest went up but in the next section details we have a subreport and all this report doesn't want to go back up so there is a free space between title and details sections

Is there any way to make it work?

Try "remove line when blank" setting for the image properties.
