begin of label not on the paper

Hi

If I print a simple report on an Zebra ZT230, the printing starts to early and the beginning of the label is not on the paper.

anybody has an idea?

If I print the report in crystal reports, the label is printed properly.

find attached the report and the output.

Assuming you're generating a PDF to print the report, I'd just move the text fields in another half inch or inch in the jrxml/report template - or increase the report page margins etc. If that's an acceptable approach, it's likely the simples solution.

Check the Page and Size Handlings settings in printer properties and experiment with different one to see if the label can be correctly aligned in Zebra ZT230 print.
