Prob with parameters passend through jar files

I have this unusual probleem.

I install ireport, import two jar files Who contains parameters into classpath. 

When i try to use the parameters the methods/functions won't appear...

When i do all of this on a other computer with the same jar files, everything works fine. 

I already tried several clean installs of ireport on the troubled pc, always with the same results. 

Anyone know how to fix this? Thx
