Filter TextField to a particular value

Hi everyone,

I have just started working with Jaspersoft Studio and have produced a couple of tabular reports fairly quickly and easily. I am however trying to produced a much more structured report more like a form.

The Data Subset currently contains the latest value for a number of parameters for a selected date similar to:

What I would like to do is be able to structure the report layout so that each textfield only pulls in the required value (e.g Speed). How can this be done?
