Pie Chart show all of them when set Min Slice Percentage

Hi,

I have Pie 3D with 4 series and set Min Slice percentage is 0.01

but when it has 3 series > 0.01% then the rest one is still show too,How can I fix it

Ex. If the PieChart has only 1 or 2 series that value percentage > 0.01 it only show 1 or 2 labels like picture below

but If The PieChart has 3 series that value percentage > 0.01 it would be show all of them that 4 labels (The picture below the value of stock is 0 but still show) and I don't want that. I want that to show only 3 series that have value > 0.01

how could I fix it?
