Launching Jasperreports IO issues

Hi- I installed the free 30 day demo copy of Jasperreports IO on my local machine. Following the userguide instructions I:

1- double-clicked the Start.bat file (a command prompt window appears for a few seconds, scrolling text then disappears

2- I then open a browser and type http//localhost:8080

At that point I should get the JR IO app demo page. instead I am getting a page saying I successfully installed TomCat.

Any help as to how can I fix this to get JR IO properly working would be really appreciated.
