Jasper Report slower when package as Jar | SubReports not cached

Hi Team,

We migrated the jasper reports which was part of web application to cloud , we converted war file into JAR and hosted as Lambda on Cloud , we are observing slow performance on AWS compared to when hosted on tomcat .

The code is same and jars are same but slow performance after enabling Jasper logs i could find below behaviour 

JRFillContext.hasLoadedSubreport returns null ,  i  assume sub reports are not gettign loaded adn cached ?

Why this beavhour is occuring ? how can i enforce jasper to load subreports and cache them
