What to do when you want the given report to be seen only by an OU or group of Active Directory users?

I am using the Jasper Server community version 7.5, with tomcat, mysql and Active Directory.
For example,
someone posts the report, but only the Accounting Department Active Directory OU (organizational unit) can see this report, but the users in that department are not in a specific group in that accounting department,

they are spread out in groups according to their position (intern, employee, analyst),
I just need people from the Accounting Department to either see the report, regardless of their position or Active Directory group.
Can someone help me?
