How would I format the printWhenExpression to print IF NOT "A" or not "B"?

My customer is printing a Work Order Traveler that goes from station to station for each Operation Step. The person doing the work initials the Traveler for the number of pieces completed and date completed.

There are two Op Codes that do not require personal signoff's when completed. Currently, ALL Operation Step have signoffs. This has caused a problem for the Auditors when they see Work Order Operations with missing

signoffs.

I'm new to JasperReports and do not know how to correctly format the <printWhenExpression> in this scenario.

If you are in a current Jasper version, I would assume

<printWhenExpression><![CDATA[iF(OR(NOT(A),NOT(B)),true,false)]]></printWhenExpression>

substituting A and B appropriately.
