Issue while using Custom Font with the Font Extension jar

I have generated font extention jar as per below link-:

Now my pom.xml includes below jars-:
jasperreports (Version 6.0.0)
Interstate-Fonts(Custom font jar generated though above link)
jasperreports-fonts (Version 6.11.0)

Some times i'm able to run report with "Interstate fonts".
But intermittently i am also facing below issue-:

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.util.JRFontNotFoundException: Font 'Interstate' is not available to the JVM. See the Javadoc for more details.

Am I missing anything here which causing this issue.
