let m know is there any limitation on jasper reports

1. file size like 10mb, 15mb, 20mb to view or download

2. Number of reports can be configured with application

3. The number of formats can be used.

4. can be used in commercial application if not made any changes in JasperReport Library.

For point 1 to 3, we will need a bit more context information, but ultimately I would say there isn't any limit.

Point number 4: T&C of Community Edition forbit to embed or integrate Jaspersoft Community Edition into a 3rd party application.
However we do offer license model that allows you to embed Jaspersoft in a whitelabel fashion.
