reinstallation error

I uninstalled the jasper server then reinstalled it, however the installation is faulty and i get an error (shown in the attached image).
The installation completes without the showing the icons for starting and closing the JRS service.
So, basically what happens is that i install the jasper server without the ability of using the jasper server.

Hello,
In your JRS folder, you should have a "servicerun" batch file. Mine is located here:
C:\Jaspersoft\jasperreports-server-7.5.0
That batch file will start and stop JRS for you.
