I get this error when reinstalling the jasper server. How do is solve it please ?

problem running post-install setup. Installation may not complete correctly.
error running C:\Jaspersoft\jasperreports-server-cp-7.5.0/servicerun.bat STOP:
The System cannot find file cmd.exe.
The System cannot find file cmd.exe.

Hello,

cmd.exe is command prompt. Do you have sufficient permission to access command prompt on your server? Some servers may be locked down and only allow administrators to access command prompt.
