Report custom size -- iReport Designer 5.6.0

Hello all,

My problem is that I'm trying to design this report for barcode printing (using barbecue) on a label that is 0.75w (53p) x 0.25h (18p).  Not really a problem until I try to set the page format to this custom width x height.

When I'm trying to set a custom report document size, it won't let me set it any shorter than 70px high.  It has no problem with the 53px width, only my height seems fixed at 70px. 

I am right clicking on the top of the report inspector tree, chooosing page format and going from there.  It accepts the value and even remembers the value but the designer shows it as being at 70px still, should I worry about this or go ahead and compile and try running the report in my system?
