We are using Jaspersoft reporting for AWS (Hourly) for some years.
So far I was able to update my Jaspersoft Studio Pro whenever it became expired. But this time I cannot find anyway to do that?
Does anyone know how to get an updated license?
I used to be able to get a license by going to this link http://support.jaspersoft.com/support_my.php and create a new account (entering my instance id). But it does not seem to be working anymore.
Any help would be appreciated.
