JasperReports Server upgrade from version 6.4.3 to 7.1.0 - build failed

I tried to upgrade JasperReports Server from version 6.4.3 to 7.1.0, but the process went wrong as you can see the attached log file.

Maybe I did something in a fundamentally wrong way. The installation of 6.4.3 is a bundle in my case (with Tomcat and PostgreSQL). I copied all of the 7.1.0 upgrade files to the directory of 6.4.3 (some files were overwritten), but of course I updated the “build.xml” and the “default_master.properties” with the correct information.

If I remember properly, I handled the upgrade this way on other servers and everything worked properly.

Do you have any idea how can I do an upgrade without the following error messages?

I have got these messages:
