Can I upload to Rest API v2 a reportUnit with main report and subreport in the same body?

The json is attached in a txt file.

Maybe the main report need to change the subreport reference inside, calling "repo:subreport_teste1.jrxml"

I know that the main problem is the RESOURCES node of JSON, but I could not locate it.

Can anybody help me?

Yes, you can upload report with its subreport(s) using REST API. Refer below Wiki article, which I have created for this requirement:
