Anyone using Jaspersoft via SMA OpCon and Corelation?

I have installed Jasperserver 7.1 per Corelation's instructions on our test partition.  I created an OpCon job to run a Jaspersoft report and produce an output file.  However, the OpCon job fails with the following error.

I can use https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8444/jasperserver-pro/ at a browser on the OpCon server to log-on and run reports.  However, when I use https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8444/jasperserver-pro/GetEncryptionKey I get this error.  

{Error: Key generation is off}

I don't know that using the GetEncryptionKey value at the browser is valid but had to try out of curiosity.  Because I did and recieved the error, SMA is now telling me it's a Corelation issue since I can't connect.  Corelation tells me it's an SMA issue becuase I'm using commands.  So I'm left with trying to resolve the issue on my own.  

I've been dealing with this issue for a month now so I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.
