How to install Jasper Report in more than one schema in APEX

Hello. May be this is a stupid question but...... I'm trying to install Jasper reports Integration in two different APEX workspaces. My problem is that when I execute the sys_install_acl.sql form one workspace, the acls configured in the other workspace are deleted. Any idea how to have the acls configured in both workspaces?
