Repository cache doesn't work

When I enable postgres statement logging I can see the JRS is executing a lot of statements per every report generated. Even if I run the same report several times, it still fires the same statements for tables JITenant, JIResourceFolder, JIUser, JIAccessEvent, JIFileResource, JIReportThumbnail. That slows down the report generation and stresses database.

My repository is quite steady, so it could be fetched from the cache. Is there any setting to influence the repository caching ?

I tried increase hibernate_repository_ehcache in ehcache.xml and defaultRepoCache in ehcache_hibernate.xml, I also set more memory for JVM.

Diagnostic Report is showing 98.9% cache hit.
