How to have pro edition audit report enabled?

Hi All, please help

i have jasperreport -pro 6.2.1 with profesional edition,

https://www.jaspersoft.com/editions says profesional edition has add-on to enable audit feature.

anyone know how to enable it?

You have you have a license that enables that.

A JasperReports Server Enterprise Edition license.
A JasperReports Server Professional Edition license with Audit added.

i got the professional edition but without audit feature.
should i ask my jasper provider about that?
