Error in Weblogic Logs

Hi All,

Need  assistance on below log trace . I  deployed Japser Server on Weblogic 12c ,  and i am running Jmeter to test the application Performance . below log trace keep on writing on weblogic logs , this causing CPU spike . Could you please suggest how this error can over come
