my web application does not log to jasperreport

I need help with a problem that comes up in version 7.2.0 of jasperreport server
I have a server with jasperserver 6.2.1, which the server sends reports to an application on classic ASP.
It works well and I can see the report without any problem.
Today I updated the version to jasperserver 7.2.0, and the same routine does not work.
it happens that in version 7.2.0 it is not logged in to recover the report, it does not connect successfully.
Is there a change in the user and the password that this new version requires?
It must be said that the password and the user of the jasper comes unencrypted
