Table column grouping

Hello,

Please I want to acheive the following, I went with simple group ( not using a table but drawing thing ) but I got stuck now to acheive this. I get something like this instead  

What I got

Col1

User

detail

F Name

L Name

DOB

Gender

Management     

 

 

BOND

James

15/12/2010

M

 

THOR

Lewis

15/01/2012

M

IT     

 

GOMES

01/01/2011

F

 

Expected :

1.Create table with just empty table type and column values as according to ur need

2.uncheck the other fileds than the column headers
