Text fields disappears inside the frame when FixRelativeToBottom

I have a frame with static text, picture and text fields inside it. When it's positionType is Float everything inside displays ok. But if I switch position to RelativeToBottom to display the whole frame on the second page of the report, the text fields are disappeared! In same time, the static text and the picture continue to display well. What can it be? I'll be appreciate for any help.
