Report to show Plan Cost (Forecast) vs Actual Cost

I have created an Ad Hoc View which is pulling data from the Financial Managemnet DB to get a monthly view of Plan Cost (Forecast) vs Actual.

The results shows that the Plan Cost for a prior month (closed) has a figure of $0, even though there is a number in the Cost Plan.  Why is this happening and how can we fix it?

Can say anything too much with the amount of info provided.

Have to tried increasing row limits? Also, check that all the rows are being read into the domain by switching to table view and disabling all filters.

When I look at the Cost Plan in Clarity for January it shows:

Cost = 58,683

Actual Cost = $70,690

Cost Variance = $(12,007)

 

When I run the Ad Hoc view for January it shows:

Plan Cost = $0

Actual Cost = $70,690

 

My question is why is the Plan Cost in the Ad Hoc View equals $0
