Jasper Report white space in table if long data

Hello All,

My Greetings for the day!!!

I have developed a report which uses table and long text content in its row. 

Problem : It gives white space making my the 1st page unused and begins the print from 2nd page except the headers of the table.

This makes my report bad.

Please suggest me settings to avoid the same.
