Mutiple rows/columns inside a crosstab cell

I need to display mutiple rows and mutiple columns inside the crosstab cells

For example crosstabe rows are  Monday, Tuesday,Wednesady...........(dynamical rows) and columns are  Java  Developer, PHP Developers, SQL Developer...........(Dynamical columns) 

on Monday I need to display names and cities of Java developers . Then same row Names and Cities of PHP Developers on Monday and so on 

on Tuesady I need to repeat the above process and so on.................

I tried a table inside the crosstab cell  and linked the table to a dataset to get the names and cities. But when I tick ignore witdth property for a crosstab I am getting error :Java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException.

Any alternative to my approach? I am using iReport 4.1 and I have tried later versions as well. Thanks in advance
