steven.song
Hello,We are trying to create a report using crosstabs in Jaspersoft Studio - we are on 7.1The issue we are facing is that some of our crosstab column header cells exceed the length of a page.As a result this stretches the page of the report (which we do not want as it needs to be printable). If we unselect "Ignore Pagination" we get an infinite loop error. Is there a way to split the row/cells so that the contents are distributed over multiple page? reportdev
On the Crosstab optionsRepeat Column Headers = trueRepeat Row Headers = trueIgnore Width = FalseThe first 2 options should take care of repeating headers and the Ignore width takes care of the page size issue (it keeps the crosstab inside the page bounds). aaron.brox
Thanks reportdev, I just tried that, and it had no effect on the page size. I should correct the OP (who is on my team.) It's the detail GroupCell which contains text, and which is stretching the page size. If I turn on 'Ignore Pagination' then I get an error message ''Crosstab has not printed anything on 3 consecutive pages, likely infinite loop'
