How can we add new fonts in 'default' theme on jasper server v7.1?

I want to apply typography (font-size and font-family) changes on jasper server side while creating an adhoc report. To achieve this we want to upload new fonts at '/themes/default/fonts' and we will write some css code in override_custom.css.

Concern -
We are unable to upload new fonts at '/themes/default/fonts'. We have also tried new theme and uploaded new fonts in that but still fonts were not found due to this no changes were reflecting at below mentioned impacted areas. Is there any way to upload new fonts at mentioned place?

Impacted areas for typography changes:

1. While user click is going to create and adhoc report > On Data Source (Domain selection) page.
2. On next > Data Chooser page
3. In Ad hoc designer
4. Ad hoc preview
