How to create operators filters to a paramters in Jasper reports?

Hello,

I have created a parameter to a column in the designer(eclipse) and added into a query. Search is working fine in both Jaspersoft studio tool and jasperserver. But still, I want to add operator filters further to that parameter such as greater than, lesser than, contains etc. Even I tried adding input controls in jasper server, but it doesn't work. Someone help me out on this search filters.

Note: I am using Jaspersoft studio 6.1.0 version.
